As an extension of Ms. Darby’s T251 Holocaust class, Trinity students traveled to Europe in June to immerse themselves in the history of WWII and the Holocaust on the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
A group of 12 Trinity students and six adults landed in London on June 14th and over the course of two weeks visited Portsmouth, St. Mere-Eglais, Arromanches, Longues-sur-Mer, Pont du Hoc, Caen, Paris, Luxembourg City, Bastogne, Amsterdam, Hannover and Berlin.

Ms. Darby summed up the unique experience for the guys:
It was a fantastic learning opportunity and chance for Trinity students to learn how other cultures differ from their own. Many of the boys stated that they want to use this experience to drive them to study abroad while in college.
