Trinity Cross Country Camp “Courage, Guts, and Determination”
Grades: 5-9 (Boys and Girls)
July 27 – 30 6 – 8 p.m. Seneca Park
Camp focuses on the fun that comes with the hard work of running. Each day of camp focuses on a different running element: strength, speed, sprint, and race! Athletes experience various training methods (intervals, fartlek, tempo, distance, striders), learn about racing strategies & nutrition, and collect their own memorable running moments. This is all done in an environment that is focused on teamwork, competition, and fun. Camp concludes on Thursday with a camp race at 7:00pm followed by awards and recognitions and an 7:45-8:00pm concluding time.
Contact Coach Kannapel at 502-439-5105 or email@example.com for more information. Payment can be mailed to Trinity High School at his attention or brought the first day of camp.
